Hi, I'm Nikita Vogel, and I'm excited you're here! If I had to choose three words to describe myself, they would be fierce, brave, and thoughtful. I’m passionate about challenging the status quo, asking the hard questions, and always leading with “why.”

With a background in sports technology, revenue operations, and project management, I thrive on unlocking potential, both for individuals and organisations. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong reputation for driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data to create sustainable impact. My experience spans corporate, not-for-profit, and public sectors, and I've led initiatives ranging from securing major funding rounds to launching tech products and acquiring a professional basketball team.

 

I’ve spent over a decade in the sports industry, working with organizations like Revolve Athletic, Basketball Australia, Ministry of Sport, and consulting for both national and international sports bodies. I’m deeply passionate about women’s sports and have been involved in creating strategies and solutions for professional and semi-professional teams, helping them navigate the complexities of competition and scale. My approach combines innovative thinking with a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this ever-evolving industry.
